Our place is near US embassy, st Luke’s extension, Robinsons Manila and rizal parkThe space is located at Grand Riviera Suites a condominium situated in Padre Faura St. corner Roxas Blvd Manila. It is across US embassy and 5mins walk to Robinsons Place Manila.As the place is quite small around 20.60sqm, I have chosen the minimalist design to give a space for my guests specially with their bags and other stuffs more specially those from abroad.It is equipped with full size (double size) bed with a single size pull out bed, a working table by the window with a beautiful view of manila skyline, port and some part of the bay, a cooktop, a cooking pan, a rice cooker, an electric kettle and also dining ware for four. I also provide a two door fridge (non-frost for easy cleaning), a microwave for heating and a hot shower. And some hangers too. Coffee shops like starbucks and coffee bean, some of the chinese restaurants, army navy burgers, pancake house, are just few meters away.Banks is also very accesible such as BDO, UCPB, BPI, east west, PNB, RCBC and more.Mall of Asia is only 15 to 20 mins ride.Airport is 30-40mins ride.Other things to noteElectricity consumption for monthly rent is not included in the rent. Utility deposit for electricity consumption of 3,000 pesos will be collected for guests staying for one month or more. The security deposit for electricity is consumable and refundable in excess of electricity consumption.Strictly 3pm onwards for check-in to give way to checking out guest/s and check out until 12:00nn only to give way to the coming guest (unless the coming guests will arrive late than check in time we can allow to check out late until 1pm only). After 1pm 200/hr will be charged.Self check- in (hotel like check-in, instruction will be given once the booking is confirmed) will be done if the guest’s check- in time is after 05:00 p.m and onwards. And self check-out for guests leaving between 5:00pm to 11:00am. My staff will be around 11:00am to 5:00pm, but available anytime for any urgent concerns. You could also reach me anytime thru Airbnb or thru mobile.Any damage made by the guest/s in the property shall be settled before the check out.Note that Cleaning fee is for after check out and not during the stay. If you wish to request for cleaning during your stay we charge for the same fee here or lesser. We only change the beddings and towels once a week ( for guest/s staying a week or more) for free but you may request for change of towel anytime for a fee of 100.00/towel. And 250.00 for new beddings. Visitors are welcome but expected to obey house rules, any violations/damaged by the third party shall be guest’s responsibility. No staying at night time for visitors unless paid as extra occupant. Our place is located just in front US Embassy and few mins from robinsons place manila. It’s along Roxas Blvd corner padre faura st ermita.Note that our bed are best fit for 3 adults or 4 mixed adults and kids as we only provide a full size bed and a single pull out bed.Hotel sleepers and dental kit is available for sale at 25 pesos each.
